A flat price
Cap Israel has negotiated an “all-inclusive” price formula with the large rental companies:
- unlimited mileage after the first three days’ rental
- compulsory insurance: third-party and civil liability
- supplementary insurance: accident (collision damage waiver) and theft protection, with deductible
- local and airport taxes
all so that you can enjoy carefree driving, with no hidden surcharges!
Zero deductible
In case of accident or vehicle theft, the rental company will charge you only the deductible amount. That amount differs among rental companies, countries, and vehicle categories. It is mentioned when you make your reservation with Cap Israel.
If you sign up for the “no deductible” option, you can be reimbursed for that amount in case of accident or even in case of theft!
Pre-payment
You will have no unpleasant surprises. Your rental is pre-paid at reservation time, at a guaranteed price. Because Cap Israel’s package already includes all the insurance and taxes, you will pay nothing when you return the vehicle to our rental-company partner.
To return the vehicle, you need merely to turn in your voucher at the rental company’s office. You will find your rental details and the rental company’s contact details on the voucher.
Trouble-free cancellation
A last-minute hitch? Vacation cancelled? No problem! With Cap Israel, you can cancel for any reason, and without cost, at any time up to 48 hours before vehicle pick-up.
You can make a reservation “on request”
If your departure date is too near, or there isn’t an available vehicle in your desired category, then your reservation can be made “on demand.”
Proceed as usual, leaving us your contact details and credit-card number. Your card will be debited only after we have contacted you to confirm the vehicle’s availability.
We promise to respond to you within 48 hours, the time we need for making direct arrangements with our rental-company partner.
