1. Cap Israel - Rental procedure
Please provide:
Date and time of pick-up and return of vehicle
Place of pick-up and return
Car group desired
Age of driver
Passport or ID number
International credit card number (The card must have embossed digits and must bear renter's name.)
You will receive a reservation number and voucher within 48 hours, once the credit card payment has been confirmed.
To receive a car, this voucher must then be presented, together with your credit card (for extra charges and deposit) and valid driver's license of minimum one year. Should any of the above be missing, our agent reserves the right to refuse issuing the car and there will be no refund from Cap Israel.
2. Rental conditions
The billing unit is 24 hours. Above 60 minutes will be charged as an extra day. Early return does not warrant a refund.
Car types within a particular group may vary. You will receive any car available, within the requested group.
Minimum age requirement is 21 to 25 (depending on country, rental company, car group). For a young driver there is an additional insurance cost, see rules for each country.
When traveling across borders, the renter must verify charges with the rental company.
Remember: you need a voucher, international credit card, license and passport for finalizing the rental.
3. Agreements and rules
The renter must abide to the terms of the rental company. Some elementary rules are:
Only the renter (or additional driver as marked on the contract) may drive
The driver must adhere to the rules of the road, use roads in good condition and not participate in any rally.
Keys must be kept in a safe place. Misplacement will incur a cost defrayment.
Never drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
4. Cancellations and changes
In case of cancellation or change, handling charges may be incurred subject to the local law. Refer to the laws of each country.
5. Charges and payments
Upon receiving your confirmation for reservation, Cap Israel will charge your credit card. Payment for additional options is done directly to the rental company. The renter should familiarize himself with details of the payment arrangement that appear on the issued voucher.
Charges include:
unlimited mileage for weekly rental (no exception)
compulsory insurance
damage and theft insurance with deductible CDW/TP
airport and local tax (Refer to the laws of each country)
Charges do not include:
registration fee of 8€ per location excepted Israel
cancellation charges
fuel supply
personal insurance costs
optional additions
young driver insurance (Refer to the laws of each country)
undercarriage, tire or glass damage
Delay in returning car - over one hour is subject to one day additional charge.

6. Extending your contract
Cap Israel must be informed 48 hours prior to the original return date. Cap Israel will adjust the costs and will make the necessary arrangements with the rental company.
7. Not arriving for rental pickup
Lack of advance notification does not invalidate payments already made.
8. Refunds
Request for a refund should be submitted in writing to customer@capisrael.com. Please attach all documents justifying your request. In case of a flight delay or cancellation, kindly submit voucher and refund request to the airline authority.
Only payments made to Cap Israel can be reclaimed from Cap Israel. Payments made to the rental companies will not be reimbursed by Cap Israel.
9. Data Protection and Privacy Police
